The Appraisal Cast was born out of a desire to help consumers understand the residential real estate appraisal process.  What we as appraisers do can be confusing, and is often misunderstood.  Until now, the majority of information about appraisals was written (or spoken) by those not in the appraisal industry.  This podcast exists to provide helpful, easy to understand information about real estate appraisals to homeowners, Realtors, attorneys, loan officers, and anyone else who finds themselves needing or using an appraisal.  

You can expect us to cover a wide breadth of topics – all related to your home’s market value, and to do so in a fun, relaxed way that won’t waste your time!
